The seat of arbitration shall be Hong Kong and the language of the proceedings shall be English. Each party, to the fullest extent permitted by law, waives any right to pursue any Dispute on a class, collective or representative basis. Nothing in this clause limits a party's right to seek interim or conservatory relief where necessary.

If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect, and the invalid provision shall be deemed modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid and enforceable.
