Because our products are custom-developed and manufactured to your specifications, the circumstances in which returns are available are limited as set out below.
1. Returns Generally Not Available
Custom-manufactured products that conform to the agreed specifications are generally not eligible for return, exchange, or cancellation once production has commenced, due to their bespoke nature.
2. Returns for Non-Conformance or Damage
If you receive products that are defective, damaged, or do not conform to the agreed specifications, you may be eligible to return them in accordance with the provisions of our Refund Policy.
To initiate a return, you must notify us in writing within 7 days of receipt, providing your order number and a description of the issue. Return eligibility is subject to our review and inspection.
3. Condition of Returned Goods
