1. Payment Terms
Payment terms, including any deposit and milestone payments, will be specified in the relevant quotation, invoice, or written Order. Unless otherwise agreed, no production will commence until any required deposit has been received in full by BitLeap (HK) Trading Co., Limited.
2. Accepted Payment Methods
We accept payment by bank transfer (T/T), and such other methods as may be notified to you in writing from time to time.
Payment instructions, including bank account details, will be provided on the relevant invoice. We are not responsible for delays caused by incorrect payment details provided by the payer.
3. Currency
Invoices are issued in the currency specified in the quotation or Order. Any bank charges or transfer fees incurred in processing payment shall be borne by the payer unless otherwise agreed.
4. Invoicing
Invoices will be issued in accordance with the agreed payment schedule. Payment is due within the number of days stated on the invoice, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
4A. Currency, Exchange Rates and Invoice Header
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, payments in a currency other than RMB shall be settled at the applicable exchange rate on the date of invoicing. Invoices for business users shall be issued in the company name registered at account creation; requests to correct the invoice header should be made in writing before invoicing.
5. Late Payment
If any amount is not paid when due, BitLeap (HK) Trading Co., Limited may: (a) suspend or cancel the relevant order; (b) charge interest on the overdue amount at the applicable statutory rate from the due date until payment; and (c) exercise any other rights available under applicable law or the agreement.
6. Taxes and Duties
All amounts are exclusive of any applicable taxes, duties, or levies unless expressly stated otherwise. Any such taxes and duties shall be borne by the Customer.
